blogger.com is really good. i've been using it for 4 months now to host my rants and artworks.

be sure to go to "settings" section and change the archiving method though. i don't remember what is the default, but mine is set to archive every week. being archived basically means that whatever posts you have, wont show up anymore when you type in the address username.blogspot.com; you'll have to go through the "archive" section to look for it. it won't be gone, it just wont show up on the first page.
